Ennis Players are presenting a night of Drama and Music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night April 16, 17 & 18, in Cois na hAbhna. The play, A Doctor in Spite of Himself, will be preceded by a traditional music session. They are donating the takings of the Thursday night to charity. Their nominated charity is L’Arche Community of Bangladesh. They work with disabled children from very impoverished areas of Bangladesh. All funds collected on the night will go directly to this charity as Iarlaith Mc Namara is working with them up to June. Tickets are available at the school for €10.Please try and support.

School Donation to Charity
The following photos were taken recently by Knockanean past pupil Iarlaith McNamara during his time as a volunteer in Bangladesh. Iarlaith is making his way to the Hope Foundation in Calcutta and we hope to have more photos of his travels to add soon. Our small donation - from Parents Council fund raising activities - to the Hope Foundation will make a big difference in the lives of many people.
