Band SpectacularOn Thursday, March 27th, members of the Knockanean Music club participated in the ‘Band Spectacular’ in Ennis National School. World Book Day 2014
On Friday March 7th, the school yard was transformed into a magical world when the children dressed up as characters from their favourite books to celebrate World Book Day. The costumes were very impressive and it was a fun-filled day! Click here to read more and see more photos!
Féile Áitiúil an Chláir
Comhghairdeas do Rang a Ceathair for an excellent performance of ‘An Scáthán Draíochta’ in Glór on Wednesday 5th March. They won two awards on the day: An Dráma Nua is Fearr agus An Aisteoir is Fearr! They are now through to the Munster Finals and will perform again on the 19 Márta 2014 i nGlór, Inis, Co An Chláir. On Monday, the 3rd of March, five members of the Green Schools Committee attended a water forum at the West County Hotel. They got lots of ideas to improve our school water programme. Read about the day here.
