New Photos

We have added new photos of the Trip of A Lifetime and Electronic Quizboards.

It was with great sadness we learned that Kellie Kennedy passed away suddenly at her home in Tasmania yesterday, January 21st.  Kellie is mum to Jazlyn & Lucinda who attended Knockanean up to December 2011 when they left Ireland to return to Tasmania.
Kellie played a major part in the Fundraising Committee for the new school building at Knockanean even though she knew her children would not be in Ireland by the time it was finished.   Her energy, laughter & bright smile were a joy to all who knew her. Though they were only here a short time,  Kellie and her family made lifetime friendships in Knockanean & Ennis and they kept in regular contact with their many friends here.   The sense of shock and sadness that rippled through our community yesterday and today is testament to the high regard and fondness we all have for Kellie.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her husband Chris, her daughters Jazlyn, Lucinda & Ashlee and their families.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh sí.
There will be a memorial mass for Kellie in The Church of Our Lady, Roslevan, Ennis on Friday February 8th at 8pm.  All are welcome.
