On the 12th February most of the classes in the school made pancakes. First we made the batter from eggs, flour and milk and we stirred it all around. We made the batter in the morning and we cooked the pancakes in the afternoon. Some classes used gas cookers and others used crepe makers. Crepes are French pancakes. Some of us got to flip the pancakes. When they were cooked we put maple syrup, sugar, and lemon on them. Some classes put marshmallows, jellies, sprinkles and even apples on theirs!!
