Fourth class went to seedsavers on 6th of October. We learned about native Irish trees. We tasted apples and apple juice. Some names of apples were Custard Scarlet and Mrs Perry. We made our own apple juice, by throwing the apples into a machine with blades and it chopped them up into mush.We learned about saving seeds. We completed a questionnaire afterwards about what we had learned. We had a really good day!
