On Thursday, 21st of June, four girls from sixth class competed in a tennis competition. Our first match was against a very strong Ennis National School A team. After a tough match they came out on top. Our next match was against Clarecastle. They put up a good fight but in the end we won. Next we played Ennis National School’s, second team, but we ended up winning. We were through to the final at the end of the day against Ennis National School A team. Knockanean tried really hard but at the end of the day Ennis National School A team were the better team and beat us. Knockanean ended up in second place and won lovely silver medals!
