On Wed May 23rd Antoinette Butler came in to do Yoga with the whole school. First she asked us what makes us happy. Then she taught us two poems. Then we did some warm up exercises, like Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Warrior 3, Windmill and Yogi says.  Then we did some breathing exercises. Then we lay down on the mats and listened to what we could hear.  Then we did the yoga exercises like Down Dog, Cobra, Mountain and Extended Mountain. It was really relaxing!  We are going to do two more days of Yoga between now and the summer holidays. We will have to design a pose between then and now.
