On March 1st we had our annual Pink Ribbon Day .The whole school made a huge effort and dressed up in pink. In the morning we had a picture of the whole school in the shape of a ribbon. Fr Jerry came in and gave us all a blessing. 6th class had a lot of activities arranged throughout the day, such as face painting, nail painting, tattoos, hair braiding and card making. We had a disco at lunchtime hosted by Tina. In total we raised €762 which we will divide among Slainte an Chlair, National Breast Cancer Research Institute and Cancer Care West. Aileen organised the whole day and we are very grateful to her for doing so.
