Children from 3^rd to 6^th class are invited to come to the Music Club. We meet every Tuesday evening from 2.45 – 3.45 to play music together.

Children wishing to join must have a basic understanding of their instrument, as these gatherings are not music lessons. Pupils must join in the first term, as most of the repertoire is practised then. We welcome all newcomers and look forward to a year of enjoyable music making together.

It is an opportunity for your children

▪   to play in an orchestral setting

▪   to experience making music from different genres  (i.e film music, popular music and Irish traditional music)

▪   to have fun playing together for an hour each week  and be comfortable performing in a group setting

Ukulele Group:  Our ukulele group is a relatively new addition to the school. Again any child from 3^rd to 6^th is invited to join us for one to two lunchtime sessions every second week .  Again, children must sign up the first time to ensure that we are all moving on together at the same comfortable pace
