The primary aim of the School Council is to foster among the students a sense of responsibility as well as an active involvement in the running of the school. The council is ‘the voice’ of the pupils and it gives them an opportunity to put forward their views on many issues that affect the school.

The student council are involved in organising an annual Friendship Week, when we explore and celebrate friendship, promote kindness, focus on preventing and dealing with bullying and celebrate diversity and inclusion in the school population.
